Hi, I’m Jason.

• A London-based freelance game writer, screenwriter and developer.

• I enjoy crafting immersive, surprising and compelling stories that instantly transport you into the worlds they inhabit, whether in my own projects or through collaborating with other creators.

• I’m always excited to assist developers in the realm of story, whether helping finesse their ideas, coming up with new ones, or fixing story issues - helping them understand problems they’ve faced and how we can go about rectifying them.

• I have experience in Narrative Design, Puzzle Design, Dialogue, Story Arcs, Audio Logs and Journal Entries and have worked in writers' rooms on two projects.

• Recent projects I've worked on as a lead writer include: 
  • Only Haven (2023-4) — a first-person mystery game set on a remote Scottish island in the 1940s, including voice acting.
  • Untitled Construction Horror (2024) - J-horror inspired first person game, set in a creepy construction site.
  • Giallo (2024) — a retro-style, Giallo-inspired Italian horror, mystery and action-adventure game.
  • Xerxes Shadow (2023) - sci-fi space shooter/FPS, in the vein of The Expanse.
